DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS details are processed by certified payment partners, not stored by gen303. We see transaction confirmations; we don't see your full card or wallet credentials.

Session Tracking Only

We log your game activity, table visits and login times to prevent fraud and deliver the lobby. We don't sell session data. Analytics are internal-use only.

Minimal Data Collection

We ask for name, email, phone and payment method at signup. We don't ask for address, employment or family info unless required by local law in your region.

Privacy policy questions answered

We collect your name, email, phone number, date of birth and payment method at signup. During play, we log your session activity, device type, IP address and betting history for fraud prevention and account security. We do not collect employment, address or family data unless required by supported-region law.

Active account data is retained while your account is open. After closure, we delete personal records within 90 days. Transaction history for DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS payments is kept for 7 years to meet financial reporting obligations in supported regions.
